A licensed real estate agent since 1989, Sandoval started with Century 21, California. Soon after, he began purchasing and remodeling properties for himself. Sandoval is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Nevada Association of Realtors, and California Association of Realtors.
In December 1995, Sandoval became a licensed contractor in the state of California. He founded S&R Properties Inc. and catered to high-end and celebrity clientele from Malibu, Beverly Hills and Hollywood, California. During his ownership of the company, Sandoval focused on purchasing and designing properties for resale, in addition to personally taking care of his high-end clientele?s needs.
In 2004, after many years of successfully managing the design and build firm, Sandoval sold it to join a long-time friend and personal accountant in the start up of Easton Business Opportunities (EBO Realty). The company specialized in residential, business opportunities and commercial properties.

Sandoval has first-hand experience in bank-owned properties. Being an investor himself since the early 1990s, he has purchased many bank-owned properties. Sandoval has also built many projects from the ground up in California and Nevada. He brings over 20 years experience in real estate investing, construction and development. He has made it his business to affiliate himself and his clients with the most professional people in the industry to help his clients obtain maximum results.
An entrepreneur with an international vision, Sandoval joined Chris Reeves and founded RS Realty Group, LLC to assist his United States and international clientele. By navigating his international client base through all phases of the investment process, he builds strong client relations.
Sandoval began selling businesses to foreign investors to help them obtain visas from the purchase of their businesses. He honed his skills in commercial real estate and joined forces with Ed Prudhomme and Margo Chernysheva at Prudhomme/Chernysheva Law Offices to assist clients in obtaining visas and delivering the highest quality of business and immigration law expertise. Sandoval also attended the International Real Estate Course, and understands the complex issues that impact foreign investors.
